Most of that car is a vinyl wrap. If you are talking about the interior its just a different way of doing CF.

The funniest thing though is they did all that work, and just slapped an ugly steering wheel cover on the factory wheel.

whoa 5k way too much for a 99 unless has under 100k miles, like 50k miles. I rater put 5k in mods (like a top swap+ new air intake and exhaust system might even have money left for turbo) into my car and would be allot faster than that 99 GTP.
