I dont have anymore of my firearms since I left the PD. I figured when I moved away from St. Louis back in Sept of 2000 to Charlotte NC, I wouldn't need to worry about personal safety much. I did own a Ruger P85 Mark II, a Ruger GP100, a Taraus P92 (the poor man's Baretta), and I was to get an H&K 40 Spec Ops pistol but I never got around to purchasing it.

And wouldn't luck have it, I moved back to St. Louis in Sept of 2002. LOL I still haven't purchased any new fire arms, but I keep my ASP in my driver's door and still carry my S&W and MTech Tactical knives for those close encounters :)

Maybe one day soon I will get another firearm, but so far I have been lucky not to run into anyone I locked up back in the day. But then again I don't goto Downtown St. Louis much either :p
 
So zeff, The xd 40 has a palm safty and a trigger safty? Never knew that. I have a glock 19 and i'll post up some pics when my roommate gets back with his camera.

Yes, I really like this feature. Makes sure you have a firm grip on the gun before you can pull the trigger. If Plaxico had been carrying an XD instead of a Glock, he wouldn't have shot himself. :th_thumb-up:
 


I've got a few rifles and shotguns back home. Nothing memorable, other than a 7MM Remington bolt action that I love. I enjoy the M16 and M4. Though, lately, it's all about my airsoft guns. Actually get to shoot people with those.

and one my all time favorites my savage .223 nice and acurate, but i cant stand the stock cause it doesnt fit me and it makes it hard to shoot at anything 300+ yards :(

I always thought that you States guys are all trigger happy!!!j/k I do have a gun but its at my dads and that is in Alberta and its just a crappy little 22 !
 
I don't have pics but I have a Benelli Super Nova 12ga, Wenchester Defender 12ga, Russian M44,Savage .22. My dad owns a gun business and some of the cooler ones he has is a Styer scout, .50 cal Rifle, Browning 1919, about 5 german WWII snipers, G43, MP5.
 


I have a few guns, My dad has a crap load, hunting rifles, such has weatherby 300 mag, 7mm mag, old lever actions such as a octagon barrel 38-55, 45-70, some shot guns,such as bolt action 410, 870 12ga. He also has a 223 bushmaster (same as a m-16) Now i have a ruger 10/22 with a 30 round bananna clip, 1945 .32 special, 20 ga single shot. and my remington 300 ultra mag.

this is my favorite hand gun and i think i want it in a .40 It's a walter p99.

Not my exact gun...but its what I have...was my grandfathers...I inherited it. S&W Model #39, 9mm parabellum. 8shot mag. Now what I want...well...its the second pic

I did have a Ruger 9MM....Then I tried shooting at my dad and he took it from me...Long story short he came home late I yelled DAD he never said anything...soooooo lol
 


has any one shot a s&w 500 or the 460? i know a guy who owns them and i was suppose to go with him and shoot them but i missed out:(
 
I don't have any pictures but I have a Ruger 10/22, a Remington 870 Express Super Mag and a 7MM Mauser Rifle that was built by my grandpas neighbor and my dad used to shoot when he was growing up and now i have it. My dad has a few guns and my grandpa has a dozen or so.

Hey thanks. I like the original look that was used through the military service and plan to keep it that way, so no scopes for me. :th_thumb-up: If I want a tack driver, I pick up a different gun.

Doesn't sound like a good time to me. Shooting at your dad is not a very good idea in my book.
