Do you think it would sound good if I ripped off the ressys and put the mufflers in place of them then ran straight pipe back? (coupled with a downpipe, u bend delete) anyone ever done this? And it's just a curious question don't scream at me lol
 


would it fit there? I cant remember if it would or not..........I personally dont think it would sound good as the mufflers and the res are designed to quiet different tones......fwiw..........Just my .02
 
mufflers wont fit where the resonator is. the only thing that will fit is a bullet muffler and those are loud. leave the exhaust the way its designed. if you do anything just switch the mufflers.
 


i love my quiet car. sleeper action.

i had flowmasters and i wanted to kill myself. i now have a stock catback and enjoy every second of it.
 
Haha looks like we have very different styles, sleepers are cool but idk I love loud ass exhuasts... As long as they don't sound like farts. Were the flowmasters loud enough that you could hear them clearly at 2000 rpms?
 
yes, very. that is where they drone and drone a lot. my car shook.

our cars will NEVER have a good exhaust note, just so you know that. youll never get it to sound good like you want. just a heads up...
