yet another E85 question...

After reading up and following the E85 threads over these past few months, I am confused on something:

1) Does the stoich table in my 99 GTP actually work? I would think that I can just change the stoich table to that of E85 (around 9.85/1) and be done... Unless this table isn't used by the PCM, therefore I'd have to change injector flows?

2) For my wideband, I have it set to read AFR.. so for gas, 14.7 at cruise, 11.0 at WOT, etc.. Wondering when I switch to E85, will it read 9.85 as that is what I am targeting at cruise conditions?

I want to make sure I have all this understood, so that I actually know what I am monitoring when I switch over soon.

Thanks!

Stoich probably works but ive never tested it. There is no reason to mess with experiments when you can just change the injector table.

Lambda is lambda regardless of the stoich numbers. All wideband number gauges come stock tuned for pure gas stoich readings vs lambda... if you run e85 1 lambda will be 9.85 afr but show 14.7 on the gauge.

Works for me! Thanks for the info Dark.
