Xpz cam using xp cam tune

Could i use my current tune which has a xp cam with the Xpz cam 3/8 pushrods for a duration until i get a dyno tune? Im currently on e85 using a 2.8 pulley with a xp 130# n* lq4 sttle tune from reptile thanks!!
 


Dark horizon do i really need to change the tune for the xpz? Will it benefit the cam if im already tuned for the xp to change the tune?
