Xenon Single Beam 35W HID Conversion Kit NOT WORKIN!!!

Hey guys wondering if anyone knew anything about Xenon Single Beam 35W HID Conversion Kit..? I ordered one from ebay just got it in n tried to install it and of course it doesnt work! tried both Ballasts in both headlights still nothing...if anyone knows any tricks or anything that maybe i could try to make it work that would be awesome! Thanks in advance

are you using a relay harness?

and second, there is a trick called reversing polarity. Take the plug that plugs into each ballast, and turn the connector 1/2 turn (flip it basically) then plug back in the ballast. try that and see if it works.
 
No harness just using what the kit came with...and i will try doing that tomorrow...Thank u hopefully it works...if not im going to take it into a shop on monday and see if they can figure it out..
