• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

WTF is going on

i wont get the ses lol, my tune ignores that. thanks for the suggestion, ill try that next time i go out to the car..

so, being that the pcm ignores egr codes, if i just left it unplugged would that be fine. kinda like deleting the EGR without actaully doin it lol

well, that didnt make any difference whatsoever!! yay me.. and i still smell fuel, way to strong for just BLASTING the **** outta the engine with a power washer, then soaking it in cleaner, then blasting it again, but i dont see any fuel leaks anywhere, or spots on the ground. so im just gonna have to take it back to the shop and see if they can find anything. **** shoulda gone away by now.

ok, still doesnt like to start right up anymore. of course it will after its been run or whatever, but if it sits for a long time, it takes a second or two to start. never did before. i would turn the key and it would instantly start.

my battery has around 13 volts at startup, i would also think that if it was a plug or starter or some electrical problem it would still take a second to start everytime, not just the first time. i dont think its a leaky fuel injector, cuz i did the turn key on and off an on 5 times before i tried to start it, and it didnt change anything, so i have no idea whats goin on. anybody know?

to test for a leaky injector you basically have to pull the fuel rail+ injectors out and prime the pump and see if any leak.
