• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Went into a ditch and cracked my windshield, airbags went off, bent rad.

My question is what all goes into replacing the rad? quick run down of how to take out and put a stock one back in?

The airbags? how do i install/remove old ones? i have no idea so a little more info on these would be greatly apperciated!!!

the d/s air bag is held on by 4 small holes on the back of the wheel, you stick a screw driver in the hole, then turn it, while pulling on the corner of the bag, once it pops keep steady pulling on the one that popped, now pop the other one on the same side, then repeat for the other 2 on the other side, the harness pulls out of the air bag.

not sure how the pass side comes out.

you will want a new/used or send your out to be reset, air bag module, its under the carpet under the pass side seat, take the seat out, then the door sill trim, unhook the rug, pull it back, un do the harness, and the 3 bolts that hold it down.

haven't done a rad yet but it cant be any harder then any other car, not much holds them in most of the time.

I will take pic tonight and post, rad isn't bad bend just a slight bend. The main reason replacing is bc sensor inside rad is bad

It is currently unplugged and being ignored lol and looking at it today there is only a slight bend in the metal on the bottom of the rad. It is just barely touching the rad.

yeah there is alot of damage. i am looking for another grand prix body that has a blown motor or tran/both.
