I wish I had $17,500 I have found a 1987 Buick Grand National GNX for sale about an hour away :th_thumb-up: here's the ad

1987 BUICK GRAND NATIONAL 3.8 SFI TURBO V6 ONE OF GM's FASTEST PRODUCTION CARS EVER BUILT THIS CAR IS MINT AND BECOMING VERY RARE ... HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS ODOMETER READING IS 39641K NO RUST AND RUNS VERY STRONG ..THIS CAR WAS BUILT WITH THE OPTION DELETE PACKAGE NO POWER POWER ACC OPTIONS THIS MAKES THE CAR LIGHTER THEN ONES LOADED WITH OPTIONS ...... CAR DOES HAVE WORKING A/C AND AM/FM TAPE DECK THIS IS A VERY ROCK SOLID RARE CAR $17,500 OBO IF INTERESTED LET ME KNOW ..

That's about 24,631 miles, and about 14 grand in US dollars. I am probably going to look at it and ask if I can test drive it :th_mischievious: Here are some pictures of it.

YES! I would actually LOVE to go and test drive it and get it! I have been wanting one of those since I could drive!!!!!
 


umm hate to break it to you that is NOT a GNX. this car does not have the GNX louvers, fender flares, 16x8 inch tires, the special 1 of 547 plaque on the passenger dashboard, stewart warner gauges in the dash, GNX turbo shield, production sticker from ASC MC Claren on the near the A/C evaporator, or the special GNX rear suspension. that is a regular Grand National pending the vin number...gimme the vin and ill tell you. all GNX's came with every option, so this lighter "delete" package is a crock. guy is talking plenty of chit

Alright I will ask for the VIN and reading what you said and checked it so far you are right, except it does have the fender flares.
 


i know im right, they are my favorite cars of all time you know :D
poston enterprises as well as kirban both sell the fender flares and other GNX replica items. like i said pending the vin number i can tell you more on the car, but this is not a GNX
 
Its a GN, cheaper to insure then a GNX.


Bio, Im right there with ya, I got an 85 in 96 for 500 bucks, blown turbo, mint otherwise, Black and silver grey. I miss that car very much.
 


come to think about it, who said it was a GNX? the OP or the guy selling the car? do you have a link to the ad? i think theres been some misinformation here

The guy selling the car did I copied most of the AD but let me see if I can find it again.
