Im kindas thinking the same. For the single exhaust look i could cut the driverside muffler/tip off just after the Y and put a 3 bolt flange there to bolt it in/out from time to time. But yes this is gonna be a bit more runs on the street when I should be playing on the streets in the first place. Just thought it would be neat.
 


this doesn't sound like a good idea, youre going to hack up a perfectly good exhaust for nothing. if you want runs on the street why not meet up with people with other cars, and say you want to run. every saturday night at wawa cars meet up here and talk smack, then we run. youre going to re-badge and cutout pipes for nothing. majority of the car community know nothing about the Grand Prix so 3800v6 badges will be useless.
 
Just debadge the car and make it look clean...make the people worry about what it is after you blow their friggin doors off.
 
Putting on GT badges is going too far IMO. I'd debadge it and call it good. Thats why I'm leaving mine like it is, most people have no clue that with the 06+ GT actually is supercharged, usually they just think I'm N/A
 


hell most ppl aint scared of a GP anyways. I had a guy today tell me his freakin' evo IX would smoke my 78 T/A. He's in for a rude awakening, that T/A is far from stock :D
 
idk. just debadge is what I would do. Not sure what would be accomplished pretending to be a slower car than it is. Like mentioned if u wanted to look like a slow car loose the body kit, get se bumpers, spoiler if u have it and then it will look like an se. Too much trouble in my opinion.
 
it really is like that though, people don't look to race a grand prix, its gonna be you that has to do the lookin
 


OK i was debadged before so Im just gonna take the door badges back off and call it a day. You all have made up my mind. Too much work and kinda pointless. I just like the "SLEEPER" idea
