Work out supplements



Just protein and creatine monohydrate. I.haven't taken creatine lately though. I'm just worried about getting enough calories right now
 
protein: MusclePharm Combat Powder (banana cream so good)
preworkout: sometimes C4 Extreme. I've tried MP Assault and stuff from Walmart and neither, while alright, work nearly as great as C4.
 


NOS, no fury or c4? Which is a better preworkout?


NOS and that walmart Fury are both sh*t, to be real honest compared to others out there...I've had ok experiences with C4, not a bad pre-wo.....


Edit: Presurge, NeuroCore, C4, Hyper FX, Animal Pump, White Flood, etc, pre wo's I'd suggest to try if you haven't already....you have BIG name brands that actually have pretty good pre wo's too, just better to catch them on sale like Nano Vapor, N.O. Xplode, Assault etc...some ppl also like NO stand alones without the Creatine, like NO Extreme for example....

Ive been using this c4 for 2 days now and im just hitting a wall in my workouts. Idk wtf is happenin like ill take take a scoop or scoop and a half wait 15-20min then workout and halfway thru my workouts im just struggling.

how long have you been using it? ...usually after 2 months on any stim pre-wo, I spend at least 30 days without it...you can build a high tolerance for caffeine otherwise....
 
Like i said "for 2 days now". Im gonna try and go a few workouts without it and see if its that or if im just outta shape.
 
Well I have been working out for 5 Years and have tried pretty much everything when it comes to pre-workout/protein/supplements. This is what I have currently been using.

Preworkout: A Cup of coffee/200mg caffeine pill(All your gonna need, remember, its not the pre-workout that motivates you in the gym, its YOU that motivates you...)
Protein: Trutein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup/Cinnamon Bun(I prefer CPBC, the best tasting protein ive ever tasted, hands down)
Multivitamin: Orange Triad(The only multi you will ever need, the glucosamine is a must when lifting heavy for lengthy periods of time.)
Intra-Workout: Scivation Xtend(The BEST intra workout on the market. NOTICABLE muscular endurance and increased recovery times.)

And remember this, a supplement is just that, something that SUPPLEMENTS your DIET. Weight gains and losses are made in the kitchen. You can lift all day and night, but if your not eating correctly, youre wasting your time.

Definitely stim tolerant. Do what rodguezsciii suggested and lay off stims for awhile or switch to a non-stim pre workout. Hemavol is king imo.
