Thing is, that at one point I was about double that, I was on my way to breaking 10,000 posts.

Yeah, I took a break for a couple weeks, might have been close to three weeks or a month. At that time I believe I was hovering around 38 or so posts per day, I know I was close to 40 at one point.

The thing is though, I try to make my posts useful and informative, not to take away from anything, but I guess Im know a little for being long winded. So keep that in mind when you look at that 7000+ posts. Now admittedly, over the last couple of days my posts have been a bit less than informative because I wanted to reach the goal but I'll pass over a thread in a heart beat if I dont think I can contribute something useful or if theres nothing going on that would require Administrator action (read: move posts, put out fires, etc.)

But anyway, thanks for the congrats from everyone. I was sweating it a bit yesterday. Post count was down from the day before and I was concerned I would not get there. I made some 45 or so posts from home.

I will add this. If not for all of you and the questions you ask, the intriguing information you post up, the posts that make that make you think and consider things, there would be no way in hades I would have even come close to my goal.

Anyway, time to go post some more, see if I can double it by the second anniversary. Thanks everyone

Hehehe I have seen it before LOL. I remember when James (GeddyLee) was braggin about his posts and then he magically only had 1 post! Anyways Way To Gooooo Scotty!!! You are on the path to catching the PostWhoreLegend on another forum
 
I feel like such an under achiever. KCPMC rolled out all new message boards back in January of 2005. I have been a very active member and Administrator over there that entire time (and on the old boards before that too, but all post counts reset on the new ones). As of this very moment I am sitting at 7,705 posts over there. Scotty, I would ask you if you had any other hobbies, but you obviously don't have the time. LOL!
