If it is diagnosed to be the solenoid, which likely it is, the rest of your trans should be fine. I have seen these fail with under 40K and cause your complaint and there is nothing else wrong with the trans

Yeah, I'm sad, my transmission is broken.

Couple symptoms: everything is working fine first 40 seconds after starting the car,
car is drivable during this time and is shifting fine. After starting the car some noise is coming from the transmission that is intensifying over time and is fading after 30 seconds. The noise is like water running fast thru a small pipe.After the noise is gone the transmission stops working in automatic or manual mode. No code is set in PCM.
After turning the car off for 10 sec everything comes to normal for another 40 sec.

Is this the PC valve problem for this transmission?

Your problem isnt PCS/Pressure Control Solenoid related. Those problems lead to very harsh shifting and pump whining or sloppy shifts all the time and generally have a code P1811. The noise your hearing could be the pump operating at max volume which makes a loud whining/buzzing type noise. It could also be your torque converter going bad and the lockup lining has destroyed itself. If the trans quits moving after that short amount of time and you shut it off and wait and start it again it sounds like you are possibly really low on fluid or your filter is becoming plugged up. How long has it been since you have had a trans fluid service with filter? If never or its been a while I would strongly suggest you drop the pan, drain the fluid, and pull off the filter and cut it open to see what the inside looks like. If it is full of debris then there is damage occuring and its time for a new trans. If it doesnt look too bad then there may be something else going on but likely inside the trans and the only way to find it is to pull it out of the car and tear it down for an inspection.

The car has 60k and it was never serviced. (expected to do it at 100k as the manual suggested First problems started 6 month ago, and yes it was hard shifting several times. Stopped the car and restarted and the car was good for another 2 weeks so I thought that it was related to an electrical contact.
Around 3 months ago I noticed a whine sound coming from the motor in the morning but I thought that was the servo pump. It went away after other 2 weeks. Lately started to shift very slow but not so often. The day transmission died I noticed some shuddering when shifting at 40 mph and 75 mph.

I will definitely replace and check the oil filter.(hope that is only that! .

Hey tranny man, what does it mean when the tcc is stuck off?

I thought that code was mentioned on my website but I guess I need to add that one! Code P0741- TCC stuck OFF is what I assume you are referring to. That code can be a lot of different factors, generally caused by the lockup clutch slipping and wont stay withing the desired range of slippage once applied OR the pcm has commanded TCC to be on, 3rd or 4th gear, and it wont apply. It can range from worn out TCC valves, bad oring on the end plug of the TCC regulated apply valve, solenoid not working, bad torque converter, worn or bad input shaft teflon seals, worn input shaft sleeve in the channel plate, and there are other problems as well. A scan tool is the only way to verify what is going on as you can watch TCC slippage rpm and duty %. There is also a pressure switch manifold in the trans and if the switch for TCC is not working or there is a bad wire somewhere between the solenoid and the pcm it can cause no lockup and trip the code also.
