Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

wondering is this a good deal??

**** those brakes and pads, my car squeeks like a friggin schoolbus. im going back to stock rotors and pads. i have the f body set up R1 vented drilled rotors and hawk ceramic pads, worst 250$ i ever spent:th_shakinghead1:

i have that set up on my car and it squeaks like crazy, if you wanna spend the money go ahead....don't say i didn't warn you

i dont want noise i want a nice looking nice funtioning braking system without stabbing my wallet outta my pocket then lighting it up..... any opinions on what to go with??

stock....if i did it again i would have just bought the 12 inch caliper brackets from morad and saved the aggravation of the f body upgrade and zzps ****ty stainless brake lines. there is no difference from these "vented" rotors i threw that money away

QwikGT, yours squealing are not the fault of the pads nor rotors. Countless customers have that setup without issue. Most likely there isn't enough anti-squeal compound or your anti-rattle clips are worn or rubbing. I've never seen brakes I couldn't stop from squealing.

Posi-quiet pads are made by Centric which is a great brand. They feature a nylon/teflon shim on the back of the pad to eliminate any noise from the caliper rubbing on the back of pads during braking. It's important to occasionally replace your anti-rattle clips as they can wear out and allow the pads to rattle causing squeal. I have those pads and my brakes have not made a sound the last two years since I installed them.

i put plenty of anti squealing compound on the pads, good stuff from wurth. they clips were all brand new. i dunno what it is but its highly annyoing, come to NYC and work some magic

Sorry, about to fly to Florida. :th_winking:

And are you sure one of the clips isn't rubbing?

i like my Power slots and Wagner semi-metallic pads. I only have them on the rear though, I cant say much for the front yet since im still trying to find a machine shop to drill and tap my F-body caliper brackets. Best price i got so far was $250.00, ~yeah right!~
