wondering if anyone could help me with paint

i got primer side mirrors and i painted them red with paint for plastic. after i gave them 4 coats each i compounded them then waxed them.. But there not shiney enough, is there any way i can clear coat over the wax and everything or should i get some paint thinner and coat over it?
 


You MUST remove the wax first. Use a wax remover then wash/wet sand with dawn dishwashing liquid. Wash again, then you can clearcoat.
 
post up some pics of that car white with red ground effects and chrome wheels looks nice. I cant see photobucket pics or crap like that from a photoveiwer that car looks nice tho from your sig.
