• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Wiring an IC pump?

When you trigger you IC pump relay off of you fuel pump relay it will run for a few seconds when you first turn on the key. If its on all the time your just hooked into key on power. It will work but its not ideal, mine is hooked to the fuel pump relay wire in the back of the fuse box. Just did it 2 weeks ago, couldn't tell you what color the wire is though, I wired 40 other connections that week.

This is what I need to do, I just have no idea which wire it is.

Chris.. Do you have any schematics for the car? Wait a second, I might have one in photobucket. All you need is the position on the back of the fusebox. It'll end up being a wire that is a common enough color, so you need the position to check it with a test light.

Looks like I only have the Regal one in PB. IT'll give you an idea of what you are looking for though.

This diagram is saying it's a gray wire on connector two at position A6. IIRC that may be the same position as the GP. If you look close at the sides of the connectors on the back of the fusebox, they are labeled.

Bill, we still couldn't quite figure it out. Each wire we initially thought was the correct one kept triggering the test light with the key in the run position. Would you mind if I stopped by sometime soon to get your consensus?
