Window slides down on its own.. NEED HELP

I recently bought a 99 grand prix se 3.1... Whenever im driving the window seems the slide down on its own.. I'm able to push the window up and down with my hands. I took off the door skin and saw 2 cables with plastic collars and springs at the bottom .. I cant seem to get them back in the slots they belong in... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
 


This is very common.

Order a new window regulator off ebay/rockauto/amazon etc. Get the one with the motor and you'll be fixed up in no time.
