good luck with that man. its next to impossible, try what i did, send a TON of emails at once, that way, he has to notice it. i did that from my work email both times i actually got a response. i put his email in the TO section close to 50 times. only way ive ever got a response.
 
Yea good luck getting in contact. Few months ago i ordered a pcm from him and got it only to find out service numbers didnt match and had a bunch of random stuff happening. Took 3 months for him to respond to me after emailing him atleast 3 times a week. Offers a good product but customer service is so bad i wont be going back to him
