Will Dual HVAC Work in Stock HVAC

My GP has the stock three knob HVAC controls and would the Dual Climate Control work in there instead? Now I have been looking around and I have seen that there are 2 kinds of Dual Climate Controls.... Digital and then just slide the things up and down one. Would one of those work?
