Will a passenger cv axle from gtp work on a gt

I got a 99 gp gt that was slightly wrecked and im replacing the passenger side shocks, A-frame, and cv. I heard that a gtp passenger side cv axles is different than a gt. The parts car im getting this stuff from is a gtp and i was wondering if the cv axle would still work fine in my gt, or would I need to get a gt's cv axle?

yeah you'll need a gt axle its a different length iirc

maybe you can snag the diff out of the gtp you are taking all the parts out of for the same price as a new axle, and then you have the HD tranny...just food for thought
