Will a 04 Sub frame fit in my 97?

Does anyone know if the 04 aluminum sub frame will bolt up to my 97? There is an 04 GTP in the junkyard by my with the car in the air and the sub frame dropped out laying there. If it will fit I might as well grab it since I will most likely be dropping my sub frame when I put in my engine.

Yes. For weight saving they'll switch to that one or get that one and drill a crap Ron of holes out

Last time i compared a steel one and the alum. it was 23lbs.
