Dells is the coolest spot. More to do. Madison is fine, but i think it'd be too far out of the way for some northerly folk.

SO IT LOOKS LIKE THE DELLS IS OUR TICKET! ANY IDEAS WHERE IN THE DELLS WE SHOULD MEET UP? I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN A GOOD WHILE SO IM NOT SURE IF THERE IS A PRIME SPOT FOR US TO MEET WITHOUT DOING SOME RESEARCH ON THE AREA!!

it also looks like there are a few people coming from out of town/state, i am going to open up the title for everyone so that we get more interest. i want this to be bigger than 8 of us. if you know ANYONE that might want to go, TELL THEM ABOUT IT.
 
it is now being discussed to possibly have a hotel stay on the night of october 2nd! if more interest is there i will stay and we can have a drink-a-thon. you know you want to drink with the master.
 


i have no idea, youre gonna have to check rates on your own. the discussion will continue later on this evening about whats going on. im gonna try and get everything set up. i will not book rooms for people, that is their deal.
 
I will NOT be able to attend this meet. The wife starts midnights oct 2nd and 3rd. The baby cant watch herself and we dont know anyone out here yet. FAUCK I really want to go too. MMMMMMM

Dells? hmmm We could either meet up in the middle of a hotel parking lot, (there freaking huge there) or we could find some other parking lot nearby. I dont know about staying the night. Im only 17 here lol, so i cant rent any rooms. I would probably stay till night. dirtmaster could pick me up lol. :th_jester: But ya dells dont sound all to bad. Would be cool if bio, dirtmaster, and me could hook up before we leave then we can have our own little wagon train of Pontiacs :th_winking:
 
fish and i are now dictating. here is the tentative plan for everyone, changes can be made and will be made if anyone has any problems with it:


- meet at 'walmart supercenter/home depot' off HWY 94/90 on HWY 23 in wisconsin dells at NOON. there is a mcdonalds here too, i will probably be eating lunch there.

- once we meet up with everyone (will probably wait until about 1:00 or so unless someone is running late, we should distribute numbers if possible) we will cruise to 'mt olympus water and theme park' which is up HWY 23/12. here we will park our cars, chit chat, chill, etc. and then possibly run some laps on the go-kart tracks. im gonna monster on you guys.

- from here we will figure out a restaurant to go to for some dinner. given that at least a few of us will have 'smart' phones we should be able to figure out somewhere to go. places to fall back on could be applebee's, paul bunyans, famous daves, etc. or just about any fast food you want. we'll figure that out there (any ideas from you would be VERY helpful).

- from here we would have to figure out a place to cruise to and chill until night time comes. its a high possiblity that i, fish, and whoever else wants to are going to stay in a hotel somewhere around town. given that, we can always hang out at the hotel until the remainder of our nomad group leaves.

IDEAS ARE HELPFUL, SAY THEM! DOING RESEARCH AND FIGURING OUT THINGS FOR US TO DO HELPS!! PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME TO DO EVERYTHING!

Hey bio, I'm thinking a potentially good idea would be to merge our two meets together. Possibly we could meet a little later in the dells like 2? Because then we could meet in the Chicago area and have a group together and our cruise could be for all of us to go up to the dells together. Possible idea?

Because then we would have like minimum 8 more people right there if they are all down for it.

if you want to then i have no problem with that. the problem with meeting later though is that it drags out the day longer. do we care? i dunno.

talk it over with your guys and see what they think. i can always bump out the time frame. but seriously to make it by noon i was gonna leave home around 10:00 AM, which isnt exactly that early to be honest. all you chi-town guys can easily make it to mil-town by 10AM unless you drank too much the night before.
 
Yeah I think if we met by 10 we could have time for a meet and make it up to dells by 12 easy, just a suggestion.

This is gonna be straight as hell.

P.S. we will all be hungover.
 
i would go but the dells just arnt that close. i do admit though it would be fun with 10 of us cruising up there together..
