I did a full detail on the GTP and only got to drive it ONE day before it poured down rained... When I had my GT my parents always told me to wash my car during a drought and it'd rain, pretty much 80% of the time, it's pretty crazy.

I feel your pain.

As for mismatching parts on vehicles. First thing I think of is replacing a damaged part w/o the money to spend to paint it to match :P But that's just me.
 
yeah but remember "its not rice if its actually fast" my car is very quick for what it is, i just think that the black hood would give it a whole new appearence. the car sounds mean too, yall really should look up that night time video on youtube and tell me what ya think video is called Grand Prix GXP exaust acct name IIGOLGOTHAII

It's just your color car, not the hood itself, I just think it would look bad with that color. I think white cars are the only ones that can pull off a black hood other than black ones.
Watched the vids, your exhaust sounds sick man.
 


Yeah, I hate it.. Same thing always happens to me..
I washed my car like 1.5 weeks ago, and it rained pretty much every day since.. It's clear today, and if it stays clear to monday.. I'm going to wash it again then.. it'll probably snow the day after.
Somehow my car is already FILTHY again.. I hate it..
 
Black on silver is the only way to go...no other color...black on white...the first thing that comes to mind is a Zebra or Oreo GXP...FAIL.
 
I have a well so if i wash my ride at my house i have to put it in the garage to dry it or it water spots bad plus theres farms allaround me so dust is bad

Drives me crazy And moneys tight enough that going to a coin op car wash is too much

As for the black hood its your car Ive seen to many people do it out here and its mainly imports
but then again Ive seen it look good too
