Why do i feel like im driving a boat?

I have a 2000 Grand Prix GT, all stock, and when i take corners it feels like my back end is really loose, as if im driving a boat or something..makes going around a corner very sketchy, any ideas on what it may be?

Struts are a little noisy, and rear tires are not aligned correctly, will that cause it?

Yes blown struts and misaligned tires will cause your car to handle like crap.

Even a brand new stock suspension will feel like you're driving a boat, just the nature of a w-body. It took me some decent suspension work before I got my car where it is now.

Even lowered + new sway bars + end links + fat ass summer tires and I feel like I'm driving a boat. The life of a W-Body owner right there.
