Why cant I upload a pic for a wire

Need to upload pic for a wire I need to see if anyone knows what its for - but I cant get the pic to upload....
 


what kind of picture is it? .jpg, .tif, .bmp? Just use the "Manage attachments" button near the bottom of the reply/post page and browse to where the picture is on your computer.
 
Its jpg. I used the manage attachments and still won't upload file - says there is an error. It's a small file.
 
Hmmm. odd. Try changing the file name or moving it. You may have a firewall issue not allowing uploading. See if it will upload to photobucket or something like that.
