My mother did baking, wedding cakes, etc. for 20 years, so if I remember I will ask her when I talk to her.

I would check local "dollar stores", Over the Hill sections, party supply stores (our local one is 50-50 party supply), possibly Walmart too. I've seen them, don't remember where. I really thought they would have been more common.

We have a party supply store here that sells tons of stuff like that and Im sure I have seen black before, especially around haloween time
 
No, it's for my wedding. The invitations were black and pink so she's rolling with those colors for the cake, except she's having cupcakes made andwants black liners. I opened my big mouth and said "I can find anything on the internet" and I'm having a hard time. I think I sold her on some black laser etched star pattern ones I found last night. We'll see. All the plain black ones anyone has found are in freaking China :(
