you might loose, if your friend has a type-s.

I had similar mods minus the hv2 and was dead even with my friends 08 civic si untill about 80ish, when he preceded to pull away.
 
i ran one at the track, it was debaged so i dont know if it was a type s but it ran 15.3 at 88 i think. had an intake probably, that bish was loud.

he redlighted me but i still put about 5 or so on him with my 14.1 at 98
