White streetglow



Few months ago I saw some ricer civic with blue underglow fly by a HUGE group of cops he somehow didn't see, it was funny as hell, they all looked at each other, laughed their asses off for a bit, then one of em jumped in his car and took after after him.
 
Just to clarify, in Iowa ALL underglow is illegal, regardless of color. Know this for a fact. Go ahead, ask me how.

i've been pulled over for mine
the cop said that it was ilegal if it was not factory
i know a kid that talks to a sherif quite often and they said it was ok as long as its not a emergency vehicle light colors

I just want the strait answer sick of the different ones

Then get online(which you are if your reading this) & look up your local laws.
 
I was told by 5 different cops that anything to do with added lights that dont come on the car are illegal, but the cop at my school said he wouldnt pull anyone over unless they were flashing red or blue colors.
