Whine noise in my L67 3800 Engine

Below are some video's with sound of the two noises i am hearing. First video is of a whine noise i have at around 1800rpm no matter what gear im in and seems to get allot better as the vehicle warms up "power steering maybe?". Second video is of what i suspect to be a supercharger coupler going bad, but wanted your advice before spending the money to buy one.

In the second video it sounds like your coupler in the first it kinda sounds like the belt is to tight or something but that's not possible on serp belts so i'm not sure there.
 
At work and speakers suck so I couldnt hear anything out of the ordinary in the First video.

The 2nd sound like the coupler tho
