Whine and Knock when car is on

So my 2000 GP had been making a whine noise, replaced the power steering pump, its still doing it not as loud but its there. Now its making a knock noise and I have no idea what it could be. I was thinking engine knock but have no clue as I have never had a car with a engine knock before.
Any ideas on what it could be?

I took a video to try to get the noise, its not the best sorry :/ its from inside the car ( the vid) but you can hear the whine and knock. ( works best if you can turn your sound up)

 


@ Blue: Yes it is a gt and pretty much all orig motor wise.

@txs: Nah, its all orig. Have been debating on getting a cold air intake.

@brendan: Not sure, but the AC compressor is vibrating something horrible and sounds horrific, you can hear it better with the hood open.

Gonna take a guess and go for the AC compressor, i will have to try and get a vid with the hood open.
 
When I first got my car up and running after the engine swap...I had a terrible grinding noise..and massive whining...replaced ac compressor..she is quiet as hell now...just throwin that out there:-)
