which tuner does it all



HP Tuners will do both, but they are very different animals. I probably wouldn't bother tuning the Challanger.
 
dodge tuning is not the same as gm. very different. you'll want to take some tuning classes or get some tuning books for both, the dodge even more needed.
 
problem with the Dodge is We got it used already modded. has a tune thing rips, but top speed is limited at 85 mph:th_yawning:
