which relay harness?

Sorry for my noob-ness, but how do you go about picking a relay harness?
Will any harness work with any HID kit?

I have headlights that take H1 bulbs and the HID kit is 35W 6000K.

My problem right now is the passenger side isnt coming on, but worked when plugged into the drivers side. Also blew the fuse for my low beam on the passenger side. (stock working fine again once i replaced the fuse)
