Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Which plug for a 3.5?

Tell your friend to get a cooler TSTAT too... It will lower the engine temps a bit and help with KR. Also get him to make a homemade intake like a FWI. If he won't do headers at least get a PLOG. 3-4* on a smaller pulley isn't cool man. I ran that way for awhile but i also killed some plugs once. Burnt the end plumb off one.

I don't understand why people think they can just buy a pulley and put it on and expect more power and not to damage their engine. Do your research, if everyone could just add pulleys anytime they wanted to go faster we'd all be running 2.0 pulleys. :p

No I would run a 1.8"

i've been reading this thread and agree, you have to do other mods to gain the benefits of a smaller pulley (not to mention it's safer for the engine), but i see alot of talk about KR, and have actually done a bit of studying on this (Thermodynamics class), has anyone put some kind of octane booster in their gas to see if corrects any problems? or a synthetic racing fuel (103+ octane)? just curious...

yes, race gas or octane booster will allow you to run KR free or more if used correctly. thats how all the guys ran fast back in the day: lots of boost and 110.

hahaha..well either way you guys look at it, it's still expensive! lol. but prob a crap loads of fun!
That's what I meant. lol. It was $8 a gallon last time I heard. I didn't mean that it was now, but thats my fault. I didn't clarify when it was that much. oops!
