Which intake manifold is better?

you need to bore out the hole on the intake manifold bigger so the EGR stove pipe fits and you need a throttle body adapter. otherwise its a direct bolt on part. i had one on my 98 when it was n/a:

^^bio looks good, so woulnt that aluminum plenum be better verses the plastic one, less headaches, id think aluminum would disapate heat better plastic would just hold it in??

never had a problem with it or cared since it was a GT. it did get hot, but it was going to outlast the L36 UIM and thats what i cared about.

You will also need a TB adaptor to install your L-36 TB ,you will not be able to use the 04+ TB because it's drive by wire.Sorry I did'nt see Bio's post regarding the TB adaptor.
