Where to mount single guage

Looked online, but didn't see much. I have a single gauge (boost) I want to hook up in our 2000 gtp. I don't care for pillar pods but if it comes to it I will get a single pod to screw into a pillar trim I will get from the junkyard. What I'd like to do it be able to mount it somewhere on/in the dash and not have it look totally ****. Something similar to what the 04+ owners do. Any ideas or pics of something has been done? I was thinking maybe the center console or that stupid little pocket off to the left but I think I would have to drill a hole or two and I don't want to do that since the car only has 23k on it.
 


I had an Aeroforce temporarily mounted in a single pod sticky'd to the steering column. It blocked the first 35 or 40 MPH of the speedo, but we have a HUD so it wasn't a big deal. It was an okay temporary solution for me.
