where does this bracket go?



Front of the motor it bolts to the block with the one hole and the other two are for the back of the ac pump
 
damn thought so but didn't seem right with only one bolt. will install & get a pic just to make sure
 
Yes that's right, you'll want to leave it a little loose to able to line holes up in the Ac conpressor.
