Here's a picture of it on someone's car I've never had one on my car and was wondering what they are from? Or if it comes factory? The plastic peice that goes over the hood latch and covers the rest of the gap.

It's factory.

Glamour piece and is there to direct airflow over the radiator in a way, instead of coming up through the bottom and going straight over inside the engine bay.

I've seen cars with and without them, doesnt really effect anything.
 
Ohh I've never even seen one at the junkyard I think it looks way better do you have one that you would sell?

I don't own a grand prix anymore. Even my sisters 02 GT has is still.

No idea where you'll find one other than a junkyard or maybe call morad, he is the guy for odd 3800 related parts.
