Where can I have a good CAI?





Just get a $30 spectre filter from Advanced Auto or something and stick it right on the end of the throttle body...Cheap and it sounds amazing.
 
Get rid of the stock tubing and throw the filter on the throttle body or use PV piping in place of the stock tubing

wow look at that, and I dont even have to take the airbox out XD! sounds like a plan that I can easily do at home.. and It saves me $300 lol..
but the only thing is.. shouldnt the filter be heat protected?

im defiantly getting this by the way :P

Um.. Yes the air box has to come out, it's only 3 bolts. No the filter does not need to be protected.

No worries, I just took a double take at that ebay pic haha, well I guess you could leave it in there. I just opted to take mine out, you know weight reduction LOL. J/k Whatevea works.
 


It could be bigger. For the $27 free ship. Could not pass it up. It is 3.5" so that works for me. Took me all of 15 minutes to install. AND the SC whine is sooo NICE :)
