wheel studs breaking

I recently had this problem and changed the entire wheel hub.... now today while riding heard a loud clunk.. look in the mirror and seen somethin rooling away from the car... stopped and seen another stud broken off.. wth is causing this and its only on the driver side front hubs thats doing it

1. Which wheels are you running
2, Are you lowered, if so list your setup
3. What are you torquing lugs to?
4. Road conditions in your area?

Is the mating surface of the rim clean? Any corrosion or rust can cause the rim not to sit flat on the flange and can cause the studs to be pulled at an angle when torqued down. I would also take not which hole location on the rim this is happening.
Was the first stud to break from a replacment hub, or an original factory hub?

@bill.. stock 16's not lowered... and a shop torqued em a few weeks ago idk to what and a lot of dips and cracks.... but mainly flat surfaces.... not to horrible

@quick... yes the rim is clean... no rust... and first time it did it on my fac hub i replaced the entire hub from another gp and it started breaking again.. same wheel

Check the rim for cracks around the stud hole front and back, it might be cracked. It can also be cracked and not visible to the nacked eye. A glance cant hurt.
I would install new stud, and mark the problem hole to see if it happen on the same hole again.

@hippo i switched the back rim to the front after last time this happened...
@quick... i checked... didnt see any cracks...
