whats wrong with my head lights.

i recently bought a brand new pair of halos for my grand prix. my car got all repainted so the guy who painted them put them in after he was done.the problem is when i am driving my dims and brighter then my bright lights, and there is always people telling me it looks like one of my headlights is out and it looks like its changing colors like purples and blues and this is true because when i am be hide somebody i can see the light reflecting off someones bumper and it looks like its changing colors....any one else have this problem?


is it a wiring problem?

so i need different housing?

also would this work with my halos, an hid kit i need them brighter

I think it sounds like the headlights just need to be aimed properly. Also check and see if both of the headlight capsules were put in right. As for the changing colours, HID lights can look more or less blueish, white or even purple depending what K they are and they can look different depending how close you are to the car. Good luck.
 
if your using the stock h1 and say some silverstar 9005 highs..then yes, your dims are brighter.

The cutoff line of the projectors can appear like translucent colors
