It sounds like tin when listening to it from the vehicle and only happens when I turn the wheels. It sounds similar to what the control arm is made of, when I tap on the control arm. Anyone familiar with this sound and what it could be?
 


i would grease the front end to start with, tie rods and ball joints.

check the strut mounts, open the hood and turn the wheels see if the center of the mounts are moving.
