It almost sounds like typical S/C whine.
It just started doing this last night, but it seems to run fine. The car is idling normal & smooth at ~800 RPM, and no CEL lit.
2000 GTP- only mod is a K&N cone filter.

It sounds like you have a bearing that is completely dry somewhere.

have any leaks? everytime water or other liquid gets to the belt of my car they do the exact same noise

Sounds like a bearing it totally dry somewhere. Pop the S/C belt off, and see if it stops. If so, check the SC fluid level.

Doesnt sound like a binding pulley to me either...Can you locate the area it's coming from??
