whats the dumbest comment someone said about your grand prix



I had someone ask me what in it and I told him a supercharged V6.....he said I should have put a turbo on it (face palm)
 


Went to the Chevy dealership today and talked with the parts guy to order a few things. He asked me what engine..my response 3.8. He said is it turbocharged. I scratched my head and said yea its supercharged. He said yea that's what I meant. Sure you did ;). Starting chit chanting as he tried to find p/n for vacuum hose he said was your car in here a week or so ago. I said nope I don't think my car has seen this place since you guys had to replace my cat under warranty. I do my own work I refuse to be bent over by dealer prices. He laughed and said he agreed :)

My work doesn't ask if its supercharged: instead it asks if its turbocharged.

In fact, every boosted car it asks if its turbocharged.

So don't doubt that someone ****ed up in the software.
 
Yea I thought it was funny even more considering there was a GTP getting worked on probably 2 feet in front of him with the hood opened. I prefer to deal with that guy from now on He was quick and very helpful at finding my p/n and quoting me prices and printing the blown up diagrams up and didn't rape me on the prices which was surprising.
 


Yup knocked a few bucks off. Hey anything helps. As far as I know it was a Authorized dealer. Even better since the parts will be in tomorrow around noon time.
 
I have people ask me ,if my car is tuned? I say no,they say get a chip for it.I tell them go use their chip on a computer,not a car.
 
I act stupid when people say stuff about these (our) cars. Just nod my head and say stuff to agree with them.







Then I say something that hurts their tiny brain and leave.

For real grand prix like the race, then the kid goes oh you're a real prick for driving a grand pricks Smh

I loved the Gto comments that I got at Ice Cream Cruise last year. Also got the why do you always premium in from my mom and brother when they would ride in the car (its gonna go to my brother soon), and so I tell them you have to put premium in or you're gonna blow the motor since its a GTP. After I told them they went on to tell me that for the past few months that when they would fill up they would throw the cheap **** in which would explain why it always ran worse once they finished driving it.
