I pronounce it ray-men. Could be that I've lived down south too long and lost a lot of my upstate pronunciations. I've never noticed how people around here pronounce it.
 


Well chicken on a George forman grill. Cook in my room with a little barbeque sauce on em. Great to eat after 4 miles in 37 degree weather

To show what they give us at the Chow hall here at FT. Polk. Chicken Parmigiana, Kidney Beans, Broccoli Cheese soup and cake with butter cream frosting. There where other choices, but this what I went with.

Grilling/bbq is the only way to go. I catch grief from friends and family for having 3 charcoal grills on my deck lol. Great and easy thing to cook is beer can chicken

Had a mid-afternoon snack, it's Crawfish season here in Louisiana. I'm used to brisket/ TX style BBQ. Since I'm stuck in Louisiana, might as well enjoy the food.
