Whats my car worth?

Let me start off by saying, this is not a for sale thread. I know my car really isnt anything special and i dont expect it to valued high. I would just like a realistic price so i can gauge what most people would pay for my GTP. This car used to be andrew schnike's old turbo car until the trans blew. I was going to post this on a GTP facebook page but i get the feeling that i would end up starting a war between two people because their opinion varied slightly. Anyways, let me start off by saying this will be a full disclaimer on current issues i know about and im not talking the car up in any way to boost the price. It annoys me when someone cant be honest when selling a car. Where im at right now is pricing the car at 1200 or so. a friend of mine has a rebuilt trans that i planned on buying. I recently got a new job so i may have to sell the car before i get a chance to fix it.

The Good:
L26 Block
L67 heads w/ yellow 90# springs
NIC cam
Ls7 Lifters
Comp Pushrods
3.4 Pulley on a gen 3
SLP Headers
K&N Intake
AEM Wideband
Autometer gauges
Sprint Lowering Springs
New Tires on the front/Rear tires close to new
SD Gen 1 spoiler
Shaved rear door handles, bump strips, and trunk lock
ZZP Front/Rear STBs
GMPP front sway bar
Drilled/slotted rotors Front and back
2750 stall converter
TransGo shift kit
Car weight 3400 with full interior
Borla exhaust

The Bad:
I suspect that the timing chain dampener is pretty worn (I have replacement w/ chain)
Trans occasionally loses 4th
Trans sometimes slips in 3rd
Crack in windshield about 10 inches long on the bottom
The trans side cover gasket leaks very slightly. (roughly a drop or two after heating up and sitting 8 hours)
The body has the usual rocker rust.
Strut towers are very repairable but are rusting on the top and a quarter sized rust spot on the side (both sides)
This car was meant to be a race car. (previous owner failed to inform me that the front and rear bumper support were removed along with the spare tire area.)
The passenger rear window doesnt roll down (motor)
Im also thinking it has a vacuum leak somewhere or the tune needs to be revised.
Currently gets 22 to 24 mpg.

So what do you guys think? Part out or sell as whole?

You'll get more $ in parts, garbage tranny, leaky engine, rust, rockers shot, modded and abused engine... A few hundred bucks you'll get from anyone who knows what it's worth, a grand from an unsuspecting fool...

Ive decided to keep the poor car and just swap the trans (and throw in a new cam while the subframe is dropped. to be honest the rust isnt nearly as bad as it sounds on the towers and the engine doesnt leak oil ;) but between the other owners and i, the engine has seen the 6K rpm a bit. Sometimes i hate this car, and sometimes i love it.....

mods do not increase the value one bit 99% of the time. its worth what ever kbb says its worth in its currant body cond and miles.

why you see demod threads, take your mods off sell them and re coup what you can. sell the car stock, it will sell faster that way.

should you want to sell one one day.

If somebody popped up wanting to buy shaved red doors and deck I'd consider parting it out. Since it runs, somebody might give $1200 for it. Does sound more like something you could keep on going with. Honestly, if I understand correctly and bumper impact bars have been removed... and especially if that plus SIR is still active... you could be liable for bad things as a seller later on.
