what would cause IPWs to drop randomly when at WOT?

what would cause the IPWs to drop drastically while at WOT? can rule out injectors as this happened still when i was running 65lb and recently switched to 80lb

while at WOT my IPWs (running 65lb) would avg 14-15ms but then randomly drop to like 11mS where i would see my WB go from 10.9 to like 12-13AFR and i instantly let off the throttle to save my motor of course lol. with the 80lb it avg 10-11ms and it dropped to 9ms and again WB showed it went lean towards the 12-13AFR mark.

currently running new 80lb inj, low mileage fuel filter, racetronix 255lph FP, zzp gen 1 fuel pump rewire....im thinking the rewire isnt enough voltage?
 


If your IPW's are dropping, it's not a fuel starvation issue, it's probably something in the pcm that is telling it to cut fuel. If your IPW's are hitting 24 and it's leaning out then it's fuel deprived.

Post up a scan on google docs or something.
 
i would but the scans in the car ATM. its not even remotely close in hitting 24mS

edit-and i have the fuel cut increased to like 6700RPMs. the scans via LS1M, which basically is limited on parameters.
