What would be a good cam?

Like the tittle says what would be a good cam to put in a 04 gtp all it will have is a plog and fwi and a custom tune, now i need something that wont blow up my engine since its almost stock not that many mods.

as far as a cam goes...do you want one to use with stock heads? or one to use with ported heads?

I want to keep stock heads, i dont want to wait to save money for new heads thats why i want to keep the stock ones and just add a cam that will work fine with them and not blow up my engine

Now if i put a small cam and port the heads what type of gain am i lookin at? Do u think that a plog wont work with a small cam?

Now when i say small cam i mean slightly bigger than stock
