I'm bored this weekend so i was thinking i should do something to me car, i like tasteful mods that most people wont notice, or that they will think are stock, so far i have LED cup holders, and the GTP Grill logo. What have you guys done, or think would be cool,(pics are always fun) I'm looking to spend under $20

debadge
tint tails
flip dog bones
polish exhaust tips with 800 grit, then 1500
paint lower bumpers

all those can be done for under $20.

here is a picture of the sanded tips and painted lower bumper:

I might do the tips, It's a Daytona so de-badging is out of the question, along with paint, i'll make a trip to the parts store tomorrow and see what i can come up with, are the tips aluminum or steel?

inlays are like 15 to 30 bucks depending on what options u choose cheap either way and looks really good

Tint the tail lights, that's $20 right there. Also, why can't you paint or debadge a Daytona? Most the vinyls/badges on the daytona look like **** anyway...

rear inlays do wonders, maybe blue to match the daytona vinyls or red looks good on most colors, or the color of your car
it looks stock usually too

Another vote for tinting the tails....I painted my grill silver and it looks good, but I'm not sure how that would look on a Daytona since the car itself is silver...mine is navy so it stands out nice and surprisingly doesn't look ricer

Whoops, I was just assuming silver since I see so many daytonas in that color..give the grill a shot then, if you don't like it you can spray it back to black

easy and cheap "mod", get some craft paint (water based) and paint the srs and airback on the steering wheel and passenger airbag. I got mine red always have (three cars now). not sure why I like it honestly but I think it does help the interior in a way.

It's vinyl, so I'd imagine it doesn't leave that directional look afterwards huh? (You know, when you paint or color something and you can tell which way the brush strokes go)
