• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What supporting mods to run a NIC cam??

700-800 for an I/C = used.

and an I/C is just one of those things i'd suggest buying new.

Speed daddy headers are $220 to your door.

Yeah Ive been looking at agree IC will be a new purchase. What does everyone think about a set of WBS heads and a big cam headers small pulley drop sound for 2k mind you im only counting the heads cam headers and modular pulley set up for the 2k worth of parts WBS had heads that will work with .600 lift. Heads, cam, exhaust should be a good combo for any engine.

got it ill just port them my self and gasket match them to the headers too.
You are going to end up with some CRAP heads if you dont know what you are doing. A local ported his own heads, they looked good, and they flowed like **** for how much work he put into them.

Heads are expensive. I personally would get a double roller, 130# springs + retainers, XP cam, fullsize intercooler, and a GenV + N* throttle body.

Not unless I flow match them with my uncles help like he did on the 396 Big Block thats in his 68 Camaro. Its not that hard to flow match heads using clay/putty and water. Make sure each port holds the same volume of water. Just grinding away at some heads will certianly wreck them. Often porting less is more when just smoothing things out is prolly the best way to go.
