What PSI should we be running for these turbo's? Is the stock regulator fine? Would an aftermarket regulator be better? If so just get a return style regulator? Recomendations?

I have a T-4 62-1 turbo and I run 12psi daily on the street with no KR. At the track, I run 18 - 18.5psi. I could pump the boost up to about 20 but I dont know if my tranny chain will hold.

I have the PRJ rails and I am pretty sure that the stock regulator is what he uses in them. I had the ZZP style rails with their **** regulator but sold those and went with the PRJ's and I couldnt be happier. ZZP fixed their FPR problem though so if you were to go with their rails, I dont think you will have any problems with them.
 
Yeah I just have the stock regulator right now. Just wondering if i would need to upgrade to an adjustable one.

What do you mean by PSI? Fuel pressure or boost?

You wont know untill you push the system. An Adjustable FPR can help for keeping steady pressure. When PRJ talked about jonbobs FP staying steady, he was using the a magnaflow AFPR. It is quite handy to have when dialing in your fuel system. There is good deals on slightly used aeromotive FPRs on ebay and craigslist. If you can get one for around 60-80 its worth it over the cost of a stock FPR housing. One thing to remember with most aftermarket FPRs is they bleed off pressure while the car is off. So you would need to prime the system everytime for easy starts. just an FYI
 
Yes I was refering to FP in regards to PSI. What do you mean by It's worth it over a stock FRP housing? I have prj rails but they are not adjustable to my knowledge.
 
I have ZZP fuel railes with their older style FPR. I havent had any issues with it personally but then again I havent been running it very long either. I might upgrade to the Aeromotive FPR in the future.
